Who this is for.
contracts.io makes one thing: a contract you describe in a sentence, read in plain language, and send to somebody who never pays and never makes an account. What changes from desk to desk is which contracts, which law, and who is on the other side. These pages say what that looks like from each.
Seven desks
Pick the one you sit at.
Each page says what the product does for that desk, in plain words, and ends on the shelf of contracts it reaches for.
Enterprise
Import what you hold, ask questions across it with citations, and wire your systems to the same verbs a person presses.
ReadFounders
Describe the deal in a sentence and send it to a co-founder, an advisor or an investor who never makes an account.
ReadSmall business
Say what you agreed with a customer or a supplier, read it, send it. Free to make, and the other side never pays.
ReadFreelancers
Say what you agreed with a client in one sentence; they open it in a browser and never make an account.
ReadAgencies
Every engagement from a sentence, who owns the work settled, and a client who never makes an account.
ReadLegal teams
A version for every send and every signature, and accepting kept apart from signing.
ReadDevelopers
The same verbs the app has, over an API and an MCP server that can never send or sign.
Read
The same on every page
Four things that do not change with the desk.
No AI at the door
Nothing you type on the homepage reaches a model. The model reads your words once there is an account for the work to belong to.
Nothing moves until you press it
Nothing is emailed, nobody you name is told anything, and nothing is signed until you send it yourself.
Accepting is not signing
Two separate acts, and the contract always says which has happened and who did it.
The other side never pays and never makes an account
They open the contract in a browser, reply to a clause and put their name to it.
All four are stated in full, beside the control they are true of, in What you can count on.

Whichever desk you sit at, it starts with one sentence.
The other side never pays and never makes an account.
