Contracts.io

How to reach contracts.io

There is no email address on this page yet, and rather than print one that nobody is watching, here is what exists today and what is coming.

Today: the GitHub organisation

Everything that becomes contracts.io is built under one organisation, and that is the public thing to point at: github.com/contracts-io. It is the account these repositories belong to and the account this site deploys from.

A published address follows

A mailbox on this domain is set up before the product opens, and it goes here the day it is read by somebody rather than the day it is created. Until then this page would rather be short than helpful-looking. No postal address is published either, for the same reason: there is not one worth printing.

What to write about

What we cannot answer

Nothing here is legal advice, and no question about your own deal can be answered by this site. We can tell you what a page says and where the fact on it came from. We cannot tell you what a clause means for you, whether an agreement is enforceable, or which law your contract should name. Those are questions for somebody qualified to answer them.

How a correction is handled

A page is checked against the data it was generated from, fixed if it is wrong, and the reviewed date at the foot of it moves. No response time is promised here, because promising one before there is a mailbox would be the same fiction as the mailbox. The way pages are written and corrected is set out on the editorial policy.
