Sit between the law and the model: turn how contracts actually work into data, tests and behaviour Lex gets right.
What you'll do
- Build the clause library, the template graph and the jurisdiction rules Lex reasons over.
- Design the test sets that catch a wrong explanation or an unfair redline before a user sees it.
- Work with lawyers to decide where Lex should answer and where it should say “speak to a lawyer”.
Who you are
- You have a legal background (law degree, paralegal, legal ops or legal engineering) and you write code.
- You've worked with LLMs on real documents and know where they fail.
- You're precise about law and plain in how you explain it.
