- Both sides negotiate through one share link.
- Changes arrive as redlines, with Accept, Counter and Decline.
- Every version is kept. Nothing is edited silently.
- When the words are agreed, both sides e-sign one frozen version.
- Each side gets its own private Lex. The other side never sees those chats, notes or playbook.
