> AI pripravljavec pogodb v kategoriji „dvostranske pogodbe“. Lex pripravi osnutek pogodbe iz enega stavka. Obe strani se pogajata prek ene povezave za skupno rabo (redlines, Sprejmi/Protipredlog/Zavrni, različice), nato podpišeta z e-podpisom. Vsaka stran ima svojega zasebnega Lexa.
