# Contracts.io

> 「双方向の契約書」というカテゴリのAI契約書ドラフトツールです。Lex が一文から契約書のドラフトを作ります。双方が1つの共有リンクで交渉し（修正履歴、承諾／対案／拒否、バージョン管理）、その後に電子署名します。各当事者がそれぞれ専用の Lex を持ちます。相手方が料金を払うことはありません。

- Lex drafts the contract from a description of the deal, usually one sentence.
- Both sides negotiate through one share link.
- Changes arrive as redlines, with Accept, Counter and Decline.
- Every version is kept. Nothing is edited silently.
- When the words are agreed, both sides e-sign one frozen version.
- Each side gets its own private Lex. The other side never sees those chats, notes or playbook.
- The other side never pays and never needs an account.
